Rules
  • Loud Music
    Loud music is allowed until 23:00. After 23:00 music can be, but not loud. If there is a loud music security in a categorical form stop ANY event.
  • Check in/out
    The house is available to prepare for the event exactly at the rental time you booked. You need to check out the house at the end of the lease time. With a delay of more than 15 minutes, an hour is paid in full, at the rate provided for your event.
  • Installation/dismantling
    During installation/dismantling, contractors can enter the house and garden an unlimited number of times.
  • Decorators
    Decorators are not allowed to arrive before 15:00. Decorators, musicians and other organizations collect their belongings no later than 10:00 the next day.
  • Parking
    Up to 30 cars can be parked on site free of charge.
  • Furniture
    There is furniture in a garden that you can use (at no extra charge).
  • Closure
    The event is considered completed by 01:00.
  • Prohibited
    • SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
    • ACCOMMODATION WITH ANIMALS
    • CONFETTI IN THE HOUSE
    • BURNING BENGAL LIGHTS IN THE HOUSE
